3. Formation of Pathibhara Area Development Committee

(1) A committee named Pathibhara Area Development Committee shall be constituted for social, economic, religious and cultural development of Pathibhara area.

(2) Sub-section (1) The following members will be in the following committee:-
(a) Appointed by the Government of Nepal – Chairman
(b) Members representing Taplejung District in Parliament – ​​Member
(c) Chairman, Taplejung District Development Committee – Member
(d) Chairman, Fungling Village Development Committee – Member
(e) Chairman, Hangdeva Village Development Committee – Member
(f) Chairman, Lingkhim Village Development Committee – Member
(g) Chairman, Fawakhola Village Development Committee – Member
(h) Chairman, Furumbu Village Development Committee – Member
(i) Chairman, Tiringe Village Development Committee – Member
(j) Chief District Officer, District Administration Office, Taplejung – Member

(k) Chief, Malport Office, Taplejung – Member
(l) Head, District Building Office, Taplejung – Member
(d) District Forest Officer, District Forest Office – Member
(m) Representative, Ministry of Youth Sports and Culture – Member
(n) Five persons nominated by the Government of Nepal from among the social workers, intellectuals and eminent persons of the district related to Pathibhara area - members
(p) Executive Director – Member – Secretary
(3) The term of office of the chairman and nominated members shall be four years and they may be re-nominated.
(4) If the Government of Nepal deems it necessary, it may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and make necessary additions, reductions or changes in the members of the committee.
(5) The committee may invite other domestic and foreign persons to participate as observers in the meeting of the committee as required.
